Built by parents who wanted their kid’s photos back.
Daycare Photo Download is made by Beach Street Labs LLC, a small software studio. It started as a tool for our own family’s Procare account and turned into a product when other parents asked for it.
Why it exists
Our daycare posted photos of our child almost every day through Procare Connect. After a couple of years that was more than a thousand pictures and videos, and the only way to keep them was to save each one by hand. When a child graduates or changes centers the parent account is deactivated and the photos go with it. So we built a tool that downloads all of them in one click, and then made it available to everyone.
How we think about privacy
These are photos of children, so the design rule is simple: nothing touches our servers. You log in on Procare’s own page, the photos download straight to your computer, and we never store a photo, a password, or your account data. The privacy policy spells out exactly what the app touches.
