The app opens the real Procare login inside a window. You type your password into Procare, not into us. We never see it, never store it, never could.

Photos download straight to your computer. They never pass through our servers — we don’t have servers in the loop at all.

Questions parents ask

Which apps does it work with?: Procare Connect (also known as KinderLime) — the app where your daycare posts daily photos.
Is my Procare password safe?: You never give it to us. The app shows Procare's real login page in a window — your password goes straight to Procare, exactly like logging in from your browser. Everything downloads directly to your computer. Nothing passes through our servers.
What happens when Procare updates their app?: That's what the subscription is for. When Procare changes something and the download breaks, fixing it is our job — you'll get an update, usually within days.
What if I cancel?: Every photo you've already downloaded is yours forever — they're ordinary files in your Pictures folder. Cancelling just means the app stops fetching new ones after your year ends.
What if it renews and I forgot about it?: If a renewal goes through for a year you didn't use, email us and we refund it — no questions asked. The app's license check-in (just your key and the date, nothing else) is how we can see the year truly went unused.
Windows?: Mac today. Windows is coming — buy now and your license works on both.
How far back does it go?: Everything your parent account can see — usually the full current enrollment. If your child is about to graduate or change schools, back up before your account is deactivated.
