Plain-language terms. Short, because the product is simple.

1. What you’re buying

A license is a yearly subscription, currently $20 per year, that unlocks the Software for one household: every child on your own daycare parent account, on as many of your own computers as you like. Sharing a key outside your household isn’t allowed, and we may disable keys that are shared widely.

The free preview (the most recent 20 photos, no key needed) is provided so you can confirm the Software works with your account before paying.

2. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

• Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price. We send a fresh license key at each renewal.
• You can cancel anytime at daycarephotodownload.com/manage. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the Software keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
• Unused-year refund: if a renewal goes through for a year in which you didn’t use the Software, email support@beachstreetlabs.com and we refund that renewal in full, no questions asked. The license check-in (key and date only) is how we can see the year went unused.
• First-year purchases are refundable within 14 days if the Software didn’t work with your account and we couldn’t fix it.

3. What the Software does, and what it depends on

The Software downloads photos and videos that are already visible in your own daycare parent account and saves them to your computer. It only works while your account is active, and it depends on the daycare platform’s website continuing to work the way it does today. When the platform changes and the download breaks, fixing it is our job, and we’ll ship an update as quickly as we can. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, and the Software is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

Files you download are ordinary files on your computer. Keeping backups of them is up to you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the Software only with a daycare account you’re authorized to use, to download media of your own children.
• Don’t use it to collect other families’ photos, resell media, or circumvent a platform’s access controls.
• Comply with your daycare’s and the platform’s own terms.

5. Privacy

We don’t store your photos, your daycare password, or your account data. What little we do handle is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Trademarks and affiliation

Beach Street Labs LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Procare Solutions or any daycare platform. Procare and other platform names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost files, so please keep your own backups.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions: support@beachstreetlabs.com.
