For Procare Connect parents · iPhone
Save every Procare photo to your iPhone’s camera roll.
Your daycare posts photos of your kid almost every day, and the Procare app makes you save them one at a time. Daycare Photo Download saves every photo and video, full resolution and dated, straight to your camera roll in a few minutes. Run it again next month and it grabs only what’s new.
$19.99/year after you see your latest 20 photos saved. We never see your photos.
The manual way
Open a photo in the Procare app. Tap save. Go back, scroll, find the next one. Two years at daycare is usually 1,000 to 3,000 photos, so that’s a weekend of tapping, and the feed loads older posts in small batches, so it gets slower the further back you go.
- Saved photos get today’s date, so they land at the wrong spot in your camera roll.
- Screenshots look fine on the phone and blurry in a print or photo book.
- Videos are the first thing parents skip, and the first thing they wish they had.
The one-tap way
Three steps on your iPhone, a few minutes start to finish.
- 1
Get the app
Daycare Photo Download is on the App Store for iPhone. Your first run saves your latest 20 photos before you pay anything.
- 2
Log in to Procare, on Procare's own page
You sign in on Procare's login page inside the app, the same way you always do. Your password goes to Procare, never to us.
- 3
Pick your child
Every child on your parent account is listed. Tap one and every photo and video lands in your camera roll: full resolution, full-length videos, dated correctly.
What lands where
Everything goes into the Photos app on your iPhone, like any picture you took yourself. Each photo and video carries the date the daycare posted it, so finger-painting day from March sits next to your own March photos, not at the bottom of today. Videos come through full length.
If you use iCloud Photos, they back up with the rest of your library automatically. Nothing is stored anywhere else: no account with us, no cloud of ours.
Share them with family
Once they’re in your camera roll, they’re ordinary photos. Share them the ways you already do:
- AirDrop a batch to your partner’s iPhone.
- An iCloud Shared Album for grandparents, so new photos show up on their phone or iPad.
- A digital photo frame that pulls from an album.
- A photo book or holiday cards from the originals, sharp enough to print.

Picture day on your calendar
The iPhone app also finds dates in the notes your teachers post (picture day, closures, spirit week) and adds them to your calendar with a tap. Nothing is added without you.
Your kid’s photos stay yours
- Your Procare password goes to Procare, never to us. You sign in on Procare’s own page.
- Photos travel straight from Procare to your iPhone. We never see a single photo.
- No account with us, no cloud. After a run we only get a count of what saved, never which photos. Privacy details
Leaving daycare soon?
When your child graduates or changes centers, the parent account is deactivated and the photos go with it. Save them before the last day; here’s a simple timeline.
On a laptop? It also runs in Chrome on Mac, Windows, and Chromebook: see how.
Questions parents ask
- Does it work with the Procare Connect app?
- Yes. It works with Procare Connect (also known as KinderLime), the app where your daycare posts daily photos. It saves what your own parent account can already see.
- Are these the real photos or screenshots?
- The originals. Full-resolution photos and full-length videos, not screenshots or screen recordings, each dated by the day it was posted so it sorts into the right place in your Photos timeline.
- Is my Procare password safe?
- You never give it to us. You sign in on Procare's own page inside the app, and your password goes straight to Procare. Photos travel from Procare to your iPhone. We never see a single photo.
- Can I see it work before I pay?
- Yes. The app saves your 20 most recent photos to your camera roll before you subscribe, so you can see it work on your own account first.
- We have hundreds of photos. How long does it take?
- A few minutes for most families. Run it again next month and it only fetches what's new, so a re-run takes seconds.
- I already subscribed on the website. Do I pay again?
- No. In the app, tap "Already subscribed on the website? Sign in" and enter your purchase email. We email you a link that activates it.
- What does it cost?
- $19.99 a year for every child on your account, photos and videos. Subscriptions in the app are billed and managed by Apple. If a renewal goes through for a year you didn't use, we refund it, no questions asked.
- Android?
- Not yet. For now, Android families can use it in Chrome on a computer.
- Is this an official Procare app?
- No. Daycare Photo Download is made by Beach Street Labs LLC and is not affiliated with Procare Solutions. Procare is a trademark of its owner.
