Questions parents ask
- Does it get the videos or just the photos?
- Both, in the same run. Every video your daycare posted to your child's feed is saved alongside the photos, full length, at the quality your daycare uploaded.
- Isn't a screen recording good enough?
- It works in a pinch, but you get your phone's screen resolution, any notifications that pop up, and one clip at a time. The original file is sharper, has the original sound, and takes no effort.
- What format are the videos?
- Ordinary MP4 files, named by the date they were posted, so they play on any phone, computer or TV and sort into the right place in your library.
- Where do they end up?
- On iPhone, in your camera roll next to your own videos. On a computer, in the same ZIP as the photos, in your Downloads folder.
- Can I get videos from a child who already left?
- Only while your parent account still logs in. Once the center deactivates it, the videos are gone from your view and no tool can reach them, so save them before the last day.
- What does it cost?
- $19.99 a year for every child on your account, photos and videos. If it renews for a year you didn't use, we refund it, no questions asked.
