What to include

• License questions: the email address you bought with. We can resend your key.
• Refund for an unused year: just ask. If a renewal went through for a year you didn’t use, we refund it, no questions asked.
• Something not downloading: whether you’re on Mac or Windows, and what the extension popup said. Never send your Procare password; we don’t need it and can’t use it.
• Daycare directors: tell us your center’s name and we’ll send a one-page flyer you can share with graduating families.
