Android phone? You can still save every Procare photo.
There’s no Android app yet, and we’d rather say so up front. But the Chrome version on any computer downloads every photo and video from your Procare parent account, and from there they go into Google Photos and onto your phone in a few minutes.
The Android route, start to finish
- On a Windows PC, Mac or Chromebook, add Daycare Photo Download to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store and paste in the license key from your purchase email.
- Log in to Procare at schools.procareconnect.com like normal.
- Click the extension and pick your child. One ZIP of every photo and video lands in Downloads.
- Unzip it and upload the folder at photos.google.com. Open Google Photos on your Android phone and they’re there, sorted by date.
On a Chromebook it’s even shorter: the ZIP opens right in the Files app, and you can copy the photos to Google Drive or upload them to Google Photos from there. More on computers and Chromebooks.
Mixed iPhone and Android family?
One license covers every device. The iPhone parent can save straight to their camera roll with the iPhone app, and the Android parent uses the computer route above. For grandparents, a shared Google Photos album works on both. Sharing ideas.

Questions parents ask
- Is there an Android app?
- Not yet. Today it runs as an iPhone app and as a Chrome extension on Windows, Mac and Chromebook computers. Android families use the computer version.
- Can I use the extension in Chrome on my Android phone?
- No. Chrome on phones doesn't run extensions. You'll need Chrome on a computer or Chromebook for the download; the photos can go to your phone afterwards.
- How do I get them onto my Android phone?
- Upload the folder to Google Photos (photos.google.com → Upload) from the computer. They appear on your phone in Google Photos, already sorted by the date in their file names.
- Are they full resolution?
- Yes. The original photos and full-length videos your daycare uploaded, as ordinary JPG and MP4 files.
- What does it cost?
- $19.99 a year for every child on your account. If it renews for a year you didn't use, we refund it, no questions asked.
- Is this an official Procare tool?
- No. Daycare Photo Download is made by Beach Street Labs LLC and is not affiliated with Procare Solutions.
